Extended Stay America - San Jose - Morgan Hill at 605 Jarvis Drive, Morgan Hill, California.

Staff rather rude, they doesn't care about the guest, rooms are not as clean as you would expect. Exchanging towels is almost an chore, as you can see in the picture there were linens and towels since friday, the picture was taken sunday night. I could hear when they emptied the trash cans from the trash room at 8:30 am but were not able to pick up the linen or the cart from the 3rd floor. Leaking faucets, Moldy ceiling and lack of interest on the job from employees, perhaps this is the treatment corporate lodging gets, because i would hate to know that this the same for regular guests. Normally they let you know there are weekly housekeeping but in actuality that is not the norm, at least on my case, when i didn't had housekeeping in over 9 days had to see what was going on, asked front desk about and the only thing they said is that they will book service for next day. This is ridiculous, you need to book your housekeeping. This chain of hotels will not ever have my businesses.

This room doesn't deserve a star and I already switched rooms. Everything is just dirty. Look at my pics and they are not fake. There we're roaches in the bed and the drawer is just nasty. The trash can was leaking and no one in house keeping cleaned it. I dont need them roaches in my bags or clothes. Don't need them at home either. They need some extra house keeper's or something to get the job done right.
