Top notch work done right and very competitive pricing. The project was to retro-fitted an obsolete UPS with a new unit. During the project, JT electricians identified incorrect wiring from the prior electrical work and coordinated with the UPS technician to optimize the new unit. JTE honored their original bid and assured that the work was done right even when the project creped out of scope.

This work was done at a 911 call center operating on 24 hour shifts. I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling the work around our business needs and minimizing the potential for an interruption in business continuity.
