I called and the lady who answer was rude. She ended up hanging up on me, and did not even took a second to listen to my questions. She started having a conversation with someone else while I was talking to her totally ignoring me, then she hang up on me. She had a very mean attitude. I spoke to her in Spanish at the begging and she acted like she did not understand than I thought she really did not understand so I spoke to her in English than she reply in Spanish. She obviously had no clue what costumer service is .
