We shopped around for a recliner and I must have sat in 100 chairs before we found the flex steel recliner at Rosso’s. Junior was very pleasant to work with and did not push anything. He was very knowledgeable about all the brands we were looking at and the options available for all of them. Once we decided to get an all power model he was very gracious about closing the deal. He even arranged delivery for both of them in Santa Cruz for the same price as local. We would go back to them in a heartbeat next time around.
